Decision No. 29/2020/QĐ – CT HĐQT regarding dismissal of Chief Executive Officer of CMC Corporation

To:       State Securities Commission
            Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading Centers of HCM City

On July 31, 2020, Chairman of Board of Directors of CMC Corp has ratified Decision No. 29/2020/QĐ – CT HĐQT regarding dismissal of Chief Executive Officer of the CMC Corporation, as follows:
1. Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh resigned from the CEO position of CMC Corp since August 1, 2020. 
2. Mr. Ho Thanh Tung – Deputy Chief of Office will be temporarily responsible for the operation of the Company until a new CEO is appointed.
